· 1 tablet per 40 litres of aquarium water
· Put directly into the aquarium water – preferably where there are no plants and where the water is moving. With stubborn cases of algae growth, repeat the treatment after 3 to 4 weeks.
· Aquarium must be ventilated during treatment with algaecides to ensure the sufficient supply of oxygen.

Про уголь и фильтр ни слова. Только про то, что нежелательно наличие растений, нужно перемешивание воды и аэрация. Подозреваю, что растениям эти таблетки не понравятся.
